Synopsis
The institutional partnerships database serves as a centralized record of organizations, institutions, networks, and initiatives with which The InterPlex may pursue collaborative relationships. It is intended to support strategic partnership development, outreach, event planning, content dissemination, and institutional growth by maintaining key information about potential collaborators, relationship status, areas of mutual interest, and past interactions. Unlike the fundraising database, which focuses on financial support, this database tracks non-financial collaborations such as conference participation, cohosted events, media republication agreements, research dissemination partnerships, educational initiatives, sponsorship arrangements, and other forms of institutional cooperation.
1. Asana database template

| Geographic Region | Text | Country, region, or primary area of operation |

Sorting this database by field will enable us to track partners and outreach efforts according to various criteria. For example, filtering by Partnership Type can help identify organizations suitable for specific initiatives, while grouping by Partnership Status provides a clear overview of relationship development across the partnership pipeline. As the database grows, sorting by field will help us identify collaboration opportunities, coordinate outreach efforts, and establish institutional memory around institutional relationships.
